Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

The apps are made and sold by Asterios Provatos, a sole proprietorship registered in Greece and trading as PIXON ("we"). These terms apply to the AI to PDF and AutoFollow browser extensions, their PRO subscriptions and the /apps/ pages of pixon.gr. By installing an extension or buying a subscription you agree to them. The privacy policy is part of these terms.

2. Plans and prices

• AI to PDF — Free: 3 document exports per day (PDF or Word), Markdown unlimited, a small "Exported with AI to PDF" line at the end of documents. PRO: €2.99 per month or €24.99 per year — unlimited exports, no footer line, use on up to 5 devices, priority support.
• AutoFollow — Free: 7 follows, 7 unfollows and 7 likes per day. PRO: €7.99 per month — up to 200 follows, 200 unfollows and 100 likes per day, adjustable limits, all filters, priority support.
• Prices are shown before VAT; VAT is added at checkout where the law requires it (EU customers). Business customers in the EU can enter a VAT ID.
• We may change prices for new subscriptions. Existing subscribers are told at least 30 days in advance and can cancel before a change applies.

3. Billing, renewal and cancellation

• Payments are processed by Stripe. The charge appears as PIXON on your statement. A receipt is issued for every payment and e-mailed to you.
• Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly, as chosen) until cancelled.
• Cancel any time in the customer portal or by e-mail. PRO stays active until the end of the period you paid for; nothing is charged after that.
• PRO is linked to the device (install) that made the purchase. AI to PDF PRO can be activated on further devices with the checkout e-mail, up to the limit above. Sharing a subscription outside your household or company is not allowed.
• If a renewal payment fails, we retry for a few days and keep PRO active meanwhile; if it still fails, the subscription ends and your plan returns to Free.

4. Refunds

• AI to PDF: full refund within 3 days of any payment (first purchase or renewal), for any reason.
• AutoFollow: full refund within 14 days of any payment, for any reason.
• E-mail info@pixon.gr from your checkout address. Refunds go back to the original payment method; PRO access ends when the refund is issued. Later requests are considered case by case.
• EU consumers: by starting to use PRO immediately after purchase you agree that the service begins before the 14-day withdrawal period ends; the refund windows above are offered on top of your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the apps only on accounts and content you own or are authorised to use.
• Do not use them to harass, spam, deceive, infringe others' rights or break the law or the terms of the platforms they run on.
• Do not reverse-engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent the licensing of the apps.
• We may suspend or end access for breaches of these rules.

6. Terms specific to each app

AI to PDF

• AI to PDF exports conversations that you have open in your browser into files that stay on your computer. You are responsible for the content you export and for how you share it.
• AI to PDF is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google or any other AI provider. Their terms apply to your use of their services.

AutoFollow

• AutoFollow automates actions on your own Instagram account inside your browser, using your existing session. It never asks for your Instagram password and never accesses your account from our servers. You choose the targets, the pace and the daily limits, and you are responsible for how you use it.
• AutoFollow is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram's terms apply to your account, and Instagram may restrict automation or change its service at any time.

7. Availability, changes and support

The apps work on third-party websites that change without notice. When that happens an app may stop working until we ship a fix — usually within a day. We cannot promise uninterrupted operation or particular results (such as follower growth). Features may be added, changed or removed; material changes to PRO are announced in the app or by e-mail. Support is by e-mail at info@pixon.gr, PRO customers first.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The apps and this website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or actions taken by third-party platforms on your accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

9. Governing law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by Greek law and, where applicable, EU consumer law; mandatory consumer protections of your own country are unaffected. Disputes are handled by the courts of Greece, and EU consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform. We may update these terms; material changes are announced with a new date at the top and, for subscribers, by e-mail or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
