Privacy Policy

The short version

• Our extensions do their work inside your browser. The content you work with (your conversations, your Instagram feed) never reaches our servers.
• Each extension sends a minimal set of counters and identifiers to a server we run on Cloudflare, only to enforce free-plan limits and check PRO status.
• When you buy PRO, Stripe processes the payment. We receive your name and e-mail to issue the legally required receipt and to link PRO to your install. We never see your card number.
• No analytics, no advertising trackers, no selling of data. Ever.

AI to PDF

What stays in your browser

• The conversations you export. AI to PDF reads the chat open in your tab and builds the PDF or Markdown file locally, in Chrome. Nothing about the conversation is transmitted.
• Your settings (format, style) and a list of your recent exports so you can download them again. You can clear it from the History tab; it is deleted when you uninstall.

What reaches our server

• A randomly generated install identifier (not linked to your name or e-mail unless you buy PRO) and the type of export (PDF or Markdown). Used to count free exports per day and to check PRO status.
• If you activate PRO on another device with your checkout e-mail, that e-mail is used to find your purchase and is stored with the install identifier.

AutoFollow

What stays in your browser

• Your settings (daily limits, filters, Safe List, theme).
• Activity logs — who was followed, unfollowed and liked, with dates — and the "never follow twice" memory.
• A randomly generated device identifier, created locally and not transmitted.

What reaches our server

• Your Instagram numeric user ID, read from your own browser session.
• Your daily action counts (follows, unfollows, likes performed today).

These enforce your plan's daily limits and keep usage in sync if you reinstall. We never collect your Instagram password (there is no password form anywhere), your posts, photos, messages, follower lists or browsing on other sites. Full text: igautofollow.com/privacy.

Payments and receipts

• PRO subscriptions are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Stripe collects your card details, name, e-mail and, for tax purposes, your country. We never receive or store card numbers. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the checkout.
• From Stripe we receive your name, e-mail, country and the amount paid. We use them to (a) grant PRO to your install, (b) issue the receipt Greek law requires for every sale, and (c) answer support requests.
• Receipts are issued through our invoicing provider (Workadu, Greece) and reported to the Greek tax authority (AADE myDATA), as required by law. Your name and e-mail appear on the receipt.
• Charges appear as PIXON on your statement.

This website

The /apps/ pages are static. They set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider produces standard, anonymous server logs. The rest of pixon.gr (our web studio site) has its own cookie notice.

Where data lives and for how long

• On your device: until you uninstall the extension or clear its storage.
• On our servers (Cloudflare, EU/US edge): free-plan counters are simple daily tallies; PRO records are kept while your subscription is active and up to 90 days after cancellation.
• Payment and receipt records: kept for the period Greek tax law requires (currently 5 years).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. E-mail info@pixon.gr; for extensions, include your Install ID (AI to PDF, PRO tab) or Instagram user ID (AutoFollow) so we can find the record. Receipt records required by tax law cannot be deleted before the retention period ends. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date. Material changes are also mentioned in the extensions' release notes.
